10-Minute Yoga to Increase Flexibility

Whether you are wanting to focus on flexibility in your hips, hamstrings, shoulders, or back, this quick yoga flow is sure to give you relief from all the aches and pains.


Try posing for 5-10 breaths in each of these poses, and feel your body say YAS PLEASE!



Downward Dog - This classic pose is a great way to stretch your hamstrings and the backs of your legs! 🐶



Cat-Cow Pose - The movement in this pose stretches your spine to create a relaxing way to increase flexibility. Breathe in during cat, and exhale during cow. 🐱🐮



Butterfly Pose - Following the animal theme we have so far comes along butterfly pose! This deep stretch will increase flexibility in your hips and groin. 🦋



Thread the Needle - This shoulder stretch is sure to bring you some much-needed relaxation! Repeat on both sides to benefit your practice the most. 💪

 

Feel free to enjoy this sequence as many times as you'd like, and linger in the stretches that feel good for your body!


These are some of my favorite poses to loosen my muscles, so I hope that you found some relaxation and a moment of no stress while working through the set.
